Denver Police Agree to Training As Part of Settlement in Colorado Independent Case

Denver Police have agreed to conduct training as part of a settlement in the case of their detention of Colorado Independent Editor Susan Greene.

Greene was detained and handcuffed after she was photographing police last summer. The Denver City Council still must vote on the settlement, which includes a $50,000 payment,  before it becomes official.
